I’m Darchelle, and I consider myself a creative inclusion consultant. Which essentially means that I merge my knowledge in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices, with my passions of art, self-care, design, and storytelling… so seeing where creativity meets inclusivity.
My work began with sharing the art projects that I made while getting my Cultural Studies degree, those had reflected my personal journey with self identity. But it has evolved to creating a variety of pieces to help myself and others envision ourselves beautifully. And in continuation of my passion for kindness work and inclusive spaces I share how to curate, see, and encourage DEI practices in the everyday.
