FAQs
Can I cancel my order? Digital orders are sent within moments automatically and are definitely considered non-refundable unless the download was the wrong image, distorted, or the wrong size. If the order contains anything physical, please email me as soon as possible to see if it was processed and shipped, once it’s shipped you cannot cancel. If the order is a custom product(apparel, art, print, etc.) and has already been put into production that order is no longer able to be cancelled.
Where are you located/based? I am located in the Bothell-Seattle Area, Washington(USA). Currently, my sales extend across the United States when purchased online, please email me if you would like to order from outside of the States. The physical Dose of Darchelle studio is open by appointment only.
Can I shop and/or pick it up in person? Local pick-ups in the surrounding area/cities can be negotiated. Please email me to see if I can accommodate this request. It may result in delivery fees and/or delay in receiving your order.
Do you offer returns? No, I do not offer returns unless on a case-by-case basis. Please email me if you have any questions. If a return is made the purchaser is liable for the associated shipping cost(shipments back). I do not offer returns on digital products.
My item is broken/ripped/damaged? Please email me within 4 days of receiving the purchase with attached images of the defect.

SHIPPING
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt/turnaround. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Digital Delivery
The files will be delivered electronically within minutes of your order and payment. An email will be sent to the address associated with your account with a link for your download. If the download isn’t received or if there is an issue please email doseofdarchelle@gmail.com
Due to different monitor/printer calibrations note that colors may change slightly from monitor to physical print. Final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used, as well as the settings used on the printer.
For an amazing result get your Digital Art printed at any photo center, but you can also print it with your home printer.
