2. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. We collect limited personal information (like your name, email, and shipping address) only for completing your order, email subscriptions, or direct inquiries. We do not sell your information. Any data collected is used only to provide better service and will be stored securely.

3. Refunds & Returns — Physical Products We want you to feel good about what you receive. Because many of our products are made-to-order or limited editions:

  • All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

  • Digital, custom, or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Services & Consulting Policy For speaking engagements, consulting, or educational work:

  • A written agreement or proposal will outline the project scope, timeline, and pricing/payment details, please email doseofdarchelle@gmail.com to inquire.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a refund (if applicable).

  • No-shows or late cancellations (within 48 hours) may result in partial or full charge depending on the situation.

  • All materials shared during consulting or workshops (i.e. interpreted or intellectual property of Darchelle D. Burnett, M.A.) are protected by copyright and may not be distributed without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including artwork, photography, videos, writings, designs, and branding — is the intellectual property of Dose of Darchelle (Darchelle D. Burnett, M.A.) unless otherwise credited.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or alter any part of this site or our products without written consent.

6. Community Guidelines Dose of Darchelle is rooted in creative inclusion. We welcome a diverse and evolving audience and ask that all visitors engage with kindness, respect, and openness.

7. Shipping & Fulfillment (for physical products)

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email when available.

  • Dose of Darchelle is not responsible for delays due to mail carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses.
